Los Angeles – Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP is pleased to announce that the following attorneys have joined the firm’s Construction Law practice: Kevin P. McCarthy, Bryce D. Carroll, Craig A. Kisylia, Andrew R. Bogard, and Danielle E. Potestio.
Partners McCarthy and Carroll, as well as associates Kisylia, Bogard, and Potestio, all transitioned from Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker LLP and are based in Burke’s Oakland office. This team will continue to represent and advise California general contractors, developers, subcontractors, and owners in corporate/construction risk management, asset protection, bid management, contract negotiation, pre-claims issues, and construction defect litigation matters.
