Duane Morris Welcomes Business Reorganization and Financial Restructuring Partner James Billingsley in Dallas

DALLAS, January 29, 2024―James Billingsley has joined Duane Morris LLP as a partner in the firm’s Business Reorganization and Financial Restructuring Practice Group in its Dallas office. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Billingsley was a senior partner at Polsinelli PC.

He has extensive experience representing banks, lenders and financial institutions in financial services litigation, receiverships and bankruptcy cases; commercial landlords and other property owners in real estate litigation, bankruptcy and leasehold matters; manufacturers and supply chain companies in litigation and insolvency disputes; troubled companies in financial distress; and private equity and strategic buyers in the acquisition of distressed assets. Billingsley’s experience spans the commercial marketplace from financial services to manufacturing, real estate, retail, energy and aviation.
