Houston, Texas (June 26, 2017) – Lewis Brisbois is pleased to welcome Partners Andrew Pidgirsky, Cleve Glenn, and W. Earl Touchstone to its Houston office. Pidgirsky and Glenn will be part of the Corporate Practice while Touchstone will join the Commercial Litigation Practice. The addition of the three attorneys marks a significant momentum of growth in the Houston office. Pidgirsky and Glenn will be key in helping the Corporate Practice deepen relationships with existing clients from coast to coast, while Touchstone’s experience will help cement Lewis Brisbois’ dominance in the Houston litigation market. “We are very excited to have Andrew, Cleve, and Earl join our Houston office. Pidgirsky has more than 25 years of experience advising clients ranging from public corporations to mid market companies on various corporate matters, including in the areas of oil and gas, energy, mergers and acquisitions, finance, technology and international law. “Joining Lewis Brisbois allows me to expand my practice domestically and internationally, and to offer a broader set of legal services to my clients from the over 1,100 lawyers in all of the firm’s 42 offices. An attorney and CPA, Glenn focuses his corporate practice on mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, corporate finance, and general commercial transactions. He counsels clients across a broad range of industries, including energy, healthcare, entertainment, and financial services, and he represents real estate developers and EB-5 regional centers in private placement offerings and related corporate work. In addition to his transactional practice, Glenn is an active commercial litigator, representing clients in matters involving contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and business torts. “I am delighted to join Lewis Brisbois.
